North York homes for sale

Start with the kind of home you need, then narrow your North York search by neighbourhood, budget and daily routine. Use the searches below to see active listings and refine the results.

Choose a location around your daily routine

A North York address is a starting point, not a complete description of a neighbourhood. Compare the actual trip from each home to work, school, shopping and the places you visit regularly. A property near a major road can feel very different from one on a side street, even within the same search area.

  • Visit the street at the times you would normally leave and return home.
  • Check walking routes and the transit stops you would actually use.
  • Confirm school eligibility for the exact address with the relevant school board.

Compare houses and condos separately

The house search opens residential freehold listings; the condo search opens the condo and other residential category. Within either search, adjust bedrooms, bathrooms, price and property features. Compare usable rooms, storage and parking instead of judging by asking price alone.

What to check at a showing

Bring a short list of questions so that each viewing is easy to compare.

  • For houses: stairs, basement condition, driveway access, maintenance needs and the layout of the main floor.
  • For condos: unit layout, exposure, elevator access, parking and what the monthly fees include.
  • Record the MLS number and save promising properties to your profile before arranging another visit.

Make a shortlist with local help

Tell Mehran your budget, preferred neighbourhoods and the features you cannot compromise on. He can help you compare suitable listings and arrange showings. The search uses the site’s grouped Toronto MLS districts for North York; check each listing’s exact location on the map.
