Know what the price filter includes
The search uses a maximum asking price of $699,999 CAD in the Residential Condo & Other category. That category can include different condo property forms. Refine the results by area, bedrooms and features, and check the property type on each listing. This is an asking-price search, not a promise about the final purchase price.
Compare the full monthly commitment
For each shortlisted unit, record the asking price, maintenance fee, property tax, parking arrangement and utilities included. Use the mortgage calculator to explore payment scenarios, then obtain figures for the specific unit and financing you are considering. A lower asking price does not necessarily mean a lower monthly cost.
Review the status certificate
For a resale condo, have your lawyer review the status certificate and supporting documents. They provide information about the unit and corporation, including the reserve fund, financial matters and governing documents. Ask about disclosed special assessments and rules that could affect how you use the unit.

Use the same checklist at every viewing
Photos can make very different layouts look similar. Compare how you would live in each space.
- Check room dimensions against your furniture and work-from-home needs.
- Confirm whether parking and a locker are included and how they are held.
- Look at the outlook, natural light, storage and noise during your visit.
- Ask about any building rules relevant to pets, renovations or leasing.
