Each report has its own edition selector listing the monthly snapshots that have finished capturing. Select a report to browse its live and saved editions for Toronto.
A fixed record of each reporting month
The background scheduler captures the previous completed calendar month for all 15 cities. Both public and verified sold-data reports are saved together, including property-type and neighbourhood summaries. Once saved, figures are not overwritten by later feed changes.
Sales period and inventory date are different. Sales cover the selected calendar month. Inventory and asking prices describe the listings available on the capture date shown in the report. The first archive is captured when archiving is enabled; older inventory snapshots are not reconstructed.
Late-reported sales may not appear in a saved report. Use the live report for current information. Sold statistics in archives require the same verified access as live sold reports.
